Referral Program FAQs

We want to thank you for spreading the word about our platform among your friends and getting more parents excited about the concept of reuse and reduce. Hence each time you refer a friend and they make a purchase of preloved items on our website, you get 4% of their purchase amount as referral SprucedUp Points in your account! 

Please log in to your account (or create a new account) and navigate to “My Account” section on the platform. You will see SprucedUp Points in the left hand side navigation. Under SprucedUp Points, you will find your unique referral link that you can share with your friends and family. Please request them to create an account while making the purchase so that you can be awarded the referral points.  The points will only be rewarded for the first successful purchase.

Each point is equivalent to 1AED of store credit! You can redeem them to pay up to 50% of your next order purchase value!

Once you share the referral link and your friend/family member makes a successful purchase (no cancelled/returned order), you can expect to see your referral points in your account within 1-3 business days. We will notify you about the same via the email address on file.

General FAQs

We clearly note the condition of each product on the product page. Below is the guide to understand more about what each condition means –

  • Brand New – Product hasn’t been opened, packaging intact
  • Excellent – Very gently used product, no faults 
  • Very Good – Regular wear and tear on the product but no faults, fully functional
  • Good – Fairly used with some wear and tear. For example – some damage on the cover, old pages, some damage around the edges etc.

Currently we support the following ways of payment –

  • Cash on Delivery – Pay in cash to our delivery team upon the delivery of your item
  • Bank Transfer – You can make an online transfer to our bank account. Please ask us via watsapp for this option when placing your order.
  • Online Payment gateway

Delivery Charges are seller wise. Please check each seller page to know more

Yes, we deliver across the UAE.

You can expect to receive your delivery within 2 days of placing your order.

Return policy is specific to each seller. Please check individual shops to know more

We don’t have live tracking of your orders at the moment. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order or you believe you have missed the delivery please email us at and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

We understand you had a change of heart! Please do inform us within 6 hours of placing the order by sending a whatsapp message. Please check our contact details in  Aboutus page. We typically ship out the items after this time window and hence it is not possible for us to cancel the order after 6 hours.
